Property Description:
Casa Miro-Alta is a fully equipped vacation home ideal for bachelor parties, families, and other group travel. Nestled at the foot of Miro Mountain with a glimpse of ocean view, this three story house has been recently remodled with modern amenities. Less than 2 blocks from the sands of Jaco Beach, this villa has been designed to be fun, functional and stylish at the same time.
THE FIRST FLOOR includes a half bathroom, a living room with sofas, TV and a pool table, along side a full kitchen with bar seating and dining table area, all of which are overlooking the outdoor sitting areas, gardens and swimming pool. Also on the first floor is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed with a private en-suite bathroom. The second floor has a total of three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The third floor which is accessed from an outdoor staircase, has three more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which includes a master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
