April is off to a great start!
The incredible bite our guests have been enjoying throughout March continues into the beginning of April.
Well, it's the first week of April and The Hooked on Costa Rica fleet has continued to land and release strong numbers of trophy Sailfish, giant Mahi-Mahi, and quite a few large Blue, Black, and Striped Marlin!
The bite this year has been outstanding since the end of December, and continues to be phenominal during this first week of April. At this rate we anticipate catching very impressive numbers of fish through the middle of June. While the "Peak Season" calendar tradtionally states that our pealk fishing season runs December until the end of April, we feel strongly that this will be a non-traditional year and the bite will run well past that.
The Los Suenos region continues to offer the traveling angler the absolute best opportunities at catching the highest numbers of the widest variety of big game fish, than any other location in Costa Rica.
